Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is essential during weekends, holidays, and busy periods. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
How long is each play session?
Standard play sessions last 90 minutes.
What ages is the play area suitable for?
Our centre is designed for children of all ages up to 12, with dedicated areas for younger children and toddlers.
Can adults enter the play area?
Adults are welcome to accompany younger children where necessary. Socks must be worn at all times.
Do adults need to pay?
Adults go free with paying children.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes — socks must be worn by both children and adults in the play areas. Socks can be purchased at the door if needed.
Do parents need to supervise their children?
Yes — parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Can children leave the centre without an adult?
No — children must remain under adult supervision while on the premises.
How long do parties last?
Party duration is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Is food included in party packages?
Yes — hot party food, drinks, and extras are included depending on the package.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes — you may bring a birthday cake. We will serve it for you.
Can we bring other outside food?
No outside food is permitted except for the birthday cake.
How many children are required for a party booking?
A minimum charge for 10 children applies.
Is a deposit required to book a party?
Yes — a non-refundable €50 deposit secures your party booking.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Please speak to a member of staff and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available on site.
Is the centre open during school holidays?
Yes — we are open every day during school holidays.
Are buggies allowed inside?
Yes — space permitting.
Is food available for adults?
Yes — our café serves coffee, snacks, and hot food for the whole family.
