Where is Pirates Adventure, and is there parking?
Find us at Units 1-4, Bayside, Riverstown Business Park, Tramore, County Waterford, X91 WR25. Free parking is available outside the centre, subject to space.
Directions and arrival informationWhat ages is the play area designed for?
Pirates Adventure is designed for children up to age 12, with a separate role-play area for younger children and toddlers.
How do the deposit and remaining payment work?
The non-refundable €50 deposit is deducted from your party total. Pay the remaining balance at the front desk at the end of the birthday party. The optional planner gives a guide to the total cost.
What is the minimum party charge?
Classic and Premium have a minimum charge for 10 children. Contact the team to discuss a smaller group.
When should we arrive and leave the party room?
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party starts. Vacate the party room within 5 minutes of your party finishing so the team can clean and prepare for the next party.
Is seating available for adults?
Reserved seating is guaranteed for up to 6 adults with Classic and Premium. Additional adults are welcome. Seating beyond the reserved six is unreserved, first come, first served and subject to general seating availability. The normal play adult-entry charge does not apply to party guests.
Do adults need to stay and supervise?
Yes. Please have at least 1 adult for every 8 children. The party host helps run your celebration; accompanying adults remain responsible for supervising the children.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. Premium parties still receive the included ice-cream birthday cake as well.
How many children can I plan for?
Classic and Premium parties comfortably accommodate up to 22 children in our themed party rooms. Thinking of inviting more than 22? Explore our after-hours VIP party. If your numbers change, contact us as soon as you can so the team can confirm the best setup for your group.
What food is included, and what about allergens?
Classic and Premium include hot party food with unlimited juice and water. Please ask a member of staff about allergens and current availability. Contact the team before booking to discuss any dietary requirements.
What if I need to change or cancel the booking?
Contact the team as soon as possible. They will confirm the current options that apply to your booking.
