Pirates Adventure – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Bookings:
  All bookings made with Pirates Adventure are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Validity of Booking:
  Your reservation is valid only for the specific date and time selected.
• Rescheduling Sessions:
  You may reschedule your booking free of charge by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

  Rescheduling is subject to availability and is only confirmed once you receive a new confirmation email.
• Late Amendments:
  Requests made within 48 hours of your session cannot be accommodated, and your original booking will remain in place.
• No-Shows & Cancellations:
  We do not offer refunds or credits for missed or cancelled sessions.
• Promotional Offers:
  • If your original booking included a promotion and you reschedule outside the promotional period, you may be required to pay the difference.
  • All promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
• Amendments to Bookings:
  Only the person who made the original booking may request changes. All changes must be made through our official contact channels.

General Entry Policies

• Supervision:
  Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Safety Rules:
  • All guests must follow Pirates Adventure safety guidelines.
  • Socks must be worn at all times in play areas (no shoes or bare feet).
• Health & Wellbeing:
  Please do not visit if you or your child are unwell.
• Arrival Time:
  Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.
  Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime. No extensions will be given.

Facility Rules

• Food & Beverages:
  Outside food and drinks are not permitted (except baby food and formula).
  Our café offers a range of snacks and drinks.
• Personal Belongings:
  Pirates Adventure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep valuables with you.
• Smoking, Vaping & E-Cigarettes:
  The use of vapes, e-cigarettes, or any smoking devices is strictly prohibited داخل the centre.
  These items must not be used, displayed, or left visible (including on tables) at any time while on the premises.
• Behaviour Policy:
  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Guests may be asked to leave without refund if behaviour is unacceptable.
  • Any damage caused by negligent behaviour will be charged to the responsible party.

Party Bookings

• Deposits & Payments:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party bookings.
  The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the party.
• Guest Confirmation:
  Final guest numbers and any special requirements must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  Charges will be applied based on the confirmed number of guests or the actual attendees, whichever is greater.
• Special Requirements:
  Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special requirements so we can accommodate your guests.

Unforeseen Circumstances

• Force Majeure:
  If Pirates Adventure is required to close due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, power outages, or emergencies), we will offer to reschedule your booking to an alternative available date.
  Refunds will not be issued in these situations.

Liability & Indemnity

• Assumption of Risk:
  By entering Pirates Adventure, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with indoor play activities.
• Limitation of Liability:
  Pirates Adventure is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions and posted guidelines.
• Indemnification:
  Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pirates Adventure, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from their use of the facilities.

Photography & Media

• Personal Photography:
  Guests are welcome to take photos of their own group but are asked to respect the privacy of other guests.

Privacy Policy

• Data Protection:
  Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for managing your reservation and improving our services.
  We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Pirates Adventure reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
